Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Team Leader for its Wealth Relationship Management desk. The role reports to the Regional Head / Wealth Head and focuses on leading a high-performing team to achieve revenue targets.

You will drive growth by acquiring new HNI/UHNI clients, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring advisory quality and regulatory compliance across the team. Strong leadership and a proven track record in wealth management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in wealth management or private banking.
• Proven track record in leading teams to achieve revenue targets and AUM growth.
• Strong networking with HNI/UHNI clients and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve targets.
• Drive business growth through acquisition of new HNI / UHNI clients and expansion of relationships.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and client retention.
• Deepen client relationships across mutual funds, PMS, AIF and advisory products.

• Drive business growth through acquisition of new HNI / UHNI clients and expansion of existing relationships
• Monitor team performance, productivity and client retention
• Deepen client relationships across mutual funds, PMS, AIF and investment advisory products
• Ensure advisory quality, suitability and regulatory compliance across the team
