Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Team Leader for its Wealth Relationship Management desk in India. You will lead and mentor a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets and drive growth through new HNI/UHNI client acquisitions.

You will monitor performance, deepen client relationships across mutual funds, PMS, AIF and investment advisory products, and ensure advisory quality, suitability and regulatory compliance to boost AUM and client retention.

Qualifications

• Proven team leadership experience in wealth management.
• Track record of HNI/UHNI client acquisition and revenue achievement.
• Experience managing AUM growth and client retention.
