Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Team Leader for its wealth relationship management desk in Pune.

You will lead and mentor a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets and drive growth by acquiring new HNI and UHNI clients while expanding existing relationships. The role requires extensive experience in wealth management, a proven track record in client acquisition, and a strong ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in wealth management or related advisory roles.
• Proven track record of acquiring HNI/UHNI clients.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio construction and investment products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive business growth through acquisition of new HNI and UHNI clients and expansion of existing relationships.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and sales effectiveness through regular reviews and coaching.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase AUM and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, understanding financial goals and providing investment solutions.
• Drive direct sales across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, insurance, equity and capital market products.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
