Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Team Leader for the Wealth Relationship Management desk in Mumbai.

You will lead a high-performing team of Wealth Relationship Managers, guiding strategy and ensuring achievement of revenue targets while expanding HNI/UHNI client relationships. You will drive cross-selling across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds and insurance, conduct regular portfolio reviews, and ensure strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in wealth management or related field.
• Proven track record managing and growing HNI/UHNI client base.
• Experience driving revenue targets and team performance.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and investment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to hit revenue targets.
• Drive growth by acquiring HNI and UHNI clients and expanding relationships.
• Monitor performance, productivity and sales effectiveness through coaching.
• Develop strategies to increase AUM and revenue generation.
• Build relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and provide investment solutions.
• Drive direct sales across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, insurance, equity.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team revenue targets
• Drive business growth through acquisition of new HNI and UHNI clients and expansion of existing relationships
• Monitor team performance, productivity and sales effectiveness through regular reviews and coaching
• Develop and implement strategies to increase AUM and revenue generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, understanding financial goals and providing investment solutions
• Drive direct sales across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, insurance, equity and capital market products
• Conduct portfolio reviews and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Track market trends, competitor activity and investment opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies

Success metrics: team revenue targets, AUM growth, new HNI and UHNI client acquisition, client retention and team productivity improvement.

Candidate profile: 10+ years in wealth management, private banking, retail liabilities or investment advisory with proven team management experience and a strong HNI and UHNI acquisition track record.
