The ideal candidate has a proven track record in wealth management with strong leadership and sales experience, capable of guiding a high-performing team to achieve targets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
• Proven track record in managing and growing wealth teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Drive business growth through acquisition of new HNI and UHNI clients and expansion of existing relationships.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and sales effectiveness through regular reviews and coaching.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase AUM and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, understanding financial goals and providing investment solutions.
• Drive direct sales across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, insurance, equity and capital market products.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
