• Monitor schedule vs supply daily and address gaps.
• Maintain minimum stock of critical parts at supplier end.
• Achieve spares requirement of bought-out parts as per daily plan.
• Achieve supplier kanban / 2-bin performance as per target.
• Evaluate supplier delivery performance weekly and drive improvements.
• Maintain inventory as per norms and optimize levels.
• Coordinate with New Product Development team on facilitating NPD ramp up.
