Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of warranty experience, a B.E./B.Tech/DME in Mechanical or Automobile engineering, and strong MS Excel skills. Occasional domestic travel up to 30% is expected.

• Educational Qualification: B.E or B. Tech or DME in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Effective information sharing with internal & external parties.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination skills and ability to resolve conflicts on time.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Good observation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage or coordinate manufacturing plant warranty claim analysis.
• Prepare product warranty claim analytic report and propose companywide priorities.
• Domestic travel up to 30% of the time.
• Interact with Sales team, Technicians, Dealers & channel partners for Customer Quality surveys and training.
• Resolve top warranty claim problems using 8D methodology.
• Provide quality support for product issues and communicate with Business Development daily.
• Prepare and maintain Customer Quality documentation like Warranty Return analysis data, Pareto charts, 8D Reports, and customer interaction registers.
• Address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in product quality planning and control aligned to customer specifications.

• Manage or coordinate various manufacturing plant's product warranty claim analysis


• Prepare product Warranty claim analytic report and propose companywide priorities


• Domestic travel required up to 30% of the time.


• Meet Sales team, Technician, Dealers & channel partner for various CustomerQuality related survey, Awareness creation and training.


• Resolve top Product Warranty claim problem through 8D methodology.


• Provided quality support for product issues & communicate daily with BusinessDevelopment team.


• Prepare & Maintain Customer Quality related documentation like Warranty Returnanalysis data, Pareto Chart, 8D Report, Customer Interaction register, Market Surveyreport etc.


• Address customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customer'sspecifications and requirements.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Quality & Warranty Claim.


• Educational Qualification: B.E or B. Tech or DME in Mechanical or AutomobileEngineering.


• Effectively sharing & obtaining information from internal & externalparties.


• Excellent CFT coordination skill, ability to resolve CFT conflict on time.


• Good MS Office Skill (Especially MS Excel).
