Hiresquad is seeking a Team Leader for its Pune operations in a fast-paced, international BPO environment. On paper the designation may be Assistant Manager, but day-to-day duties will resemble a Team Lead role with team handling responsibilities.

The candidate must have 3+ years in BPO/Contact Center, 1+ year as a Team Lead in international BPO, and strong communication skills. Willingness to work rotational shifts and on rotational offs is required.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience as a Team Lead in international BPO (mandate).
• Overall 3+ years in BPO/Contact Center.
• Experience in team handling - attrition, shrinkage, CSAT, SLA management.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs.
• Graduation completed (any stream).

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a team in an international BPO setting to meet SLAs.
• Monitor attrition, shrinkage, CSAT scores, and service levels.
• Coordinate shift schedules and ensure smooth operations in Pune.
