Hiresquad in Mumbai (Malad) is seeking a Team Leader to oversee an international BPO operations. On papers the designation may read Assistant Manager, but the role will focus on leading a team, managing performance, and driving service levels in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BPO/Contact Center with 1+ year in team leadership, excellent Marathi communication, and readiness for rotational shifts. Work from office with 5-day weeks and immediate joiners.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as Team Lead in international BPO.
• Must be a graduate.
• Experience in team handling - attrition, shrinkage, CSAT, SLA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs.
• Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
