Job summary

Shining Stars Institution & travels in Bangalore is hiring a Team Leader for an International Voice Process. The role leads a team of roughly 25 customer service executives and drives performance against CSAT, SLA, and productivity targets.

You will coach and mentor the team, handle escalations, and ensure adherence to process and quality standards. 5 days work, with cab facility, and a salary up to 6–7 LPA.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience as a Team Leader in an International Voice Process.
• Experience managing a team of approximately 25 members.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Good knowledge of SLA management including shrinkage, attrition, productivity and performance management.
