Job summary

TVS Motor Company in Mysore, Karnataka is seeking a candidate with 0–7 years of experience in manufacturing operations to ensure Q&D targets are met hourly while maintaining safe operations in the zone.

The role includes conducting sunrise meetings, adhering to 2S, JH, and unsafe act/conditions, and performing hourly PDCA for quality and delivery performance. Daily audits ensure TMOS compliance and training coordination for workmen.

Qualifications

• 0–7 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of safety and quality processes is required.
• Willingness to work towards hourly targets in the respective zone.

Responsibilities

• Update VCS.
• Control of non conforming products.
• Provide on Job training to workmen & coordinate for certification of workmen.
• Managing Points.
• Facilitate QCC projects and recommend for suggestions.
• Redeploy workmen as per skill matrix.
• Stop, correct & restart process in case of non-conformity observed in line.
• Manufacturing processes communication.
• To recommend leave requests/movements slips & man out pass for workmen.
• Assess workmen.
• Evaluate TEIANS.
