• Take corrective actions for in-house PDI and painting-related complaints.
• Provide on-job training and coordinate for worker certification.

Position description: To consistently achieve Q&D targets on a hourly basis in the respective zone and assure safe opera tions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Sunrise Meeting to the workmen.
• Adhere 2S,JH, unsafe act and conditions.
• Conduct hourly PDCA for quality & delivery performance.
• Conduct audit on daily basis to verify operations being carried out as per the TMOS.
• Take corrective actions for in house PDI & customer complaints related to painting process.
• Update VCS.
• Support PED for establishment of new models & variants.
• Control of non conforming products.
• Monitor and review workmen on quality, delivery performance measures & attendance
• Provide on Job training to workmen & co-ordinate for certification of workmen.
• dentification & Implementation of SIT / CFT projects related to policy & MPCP.
• Facilitate QCC projects and recommend for suggestions.
