Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB) seeks a Team Leader - Production to manage line production in shifts at the plant, ensuring targets are met with strict adherence to safety, quality and process standards.

You will supervise operators, coordinate maintenance activities, and drive TPM/RCA, 5S and logbook accuracy while maintaining SAP run hours and spares control.

Competenze

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation or Diploma in Engineering.
• 3–4 years of beverage industry experience.
• Competent in production planning, scheduling and TPM/RCA.
• Knowledge of quality processes and logbooks.

Mansioni

• Deliver production as per plan, ensuring safety, quality and target yields.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on RGB line equipment (filler, conveyors, etc.).
• Perform breakdown maintenance with RCA and CAPA when needed.
• Manning requisition and allocate manpower across workstations.
• Verify CLTI and logbooks and manage rejections per shift.
• Run daily 1h per equipment focusing on 5S, PM and training.
• Maintain SAP run hours, PM schedule and tag closure (<7 days age).
• Plan and execute punch list activities during maintenance windows.
• Enter contract workforce data and maintain preform tracking.
• Enforce safety protocols, LOTO, machine guarding during maintenance.
• Ensure GMP practices and finished goods meet quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering production as per production plan, ensuring safety, quality within specifications, yields and usages within targets
• Responsible for carrying out Preventive Maintenance/ Time Based Maintenance of RGB line equipment – Filler, conveyor, bottle washer, caser uncaser, palletiser, cooling towers
• Responsible for carrying out breakdown maintenance for all equipment within the shortest possible time during the shift, RCA and CAPA implementation to be done for the same
• Responsible for manning requisition and allocation of available manpower to various workstations during the shift.
• Responsible for verification of CLTI and logbooks along with rejections in the shift
• Responsible for conducting 1hr per equipment on the respective equipment on daily basis by focusing on 5S, CLTI, PM, Abnormality identification and tagging, operator training and safety
• Maintaining run hours of each equipment in SAP, PM Schedule generation & abnormality entry and Tag closure. Total Tag age to be reduced below 7 days by pushing equipment tracking sheet and maintaining spares inventory
• Planning, communication and execution of punch list activities during maintenance window

Performing Contract Workforce Management system entries and maintaining preform tracking sheet

• Ensuring all the safety protocols are followed all the time including machine guarding, safety interlocks and LOTO system during maintenance.
• Ensuring GMP practices as per the company standards
• Ensuring finished goods are produced as per the quality protocols

Qualifications:

B. Tech/B.E.- Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/ Diploma in Engg

Experience:

3-4 years of relevant experience in Beverage industry
