Job summary

Europa Locks in Pune is seeking a Production Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience in mechanical/production environments. You will oversee manpower to meet daily production targets, manage materials from suppliers, and train contract operators to build multi-skilled teams.

You will monitor productivity, update daily metrics, support CI implementations on machines, and ensure housekeeping and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education required: BE (Mechanical/Production), B.Tech or DME.
• Experience: 3-5 years in production/manufacturing.
• Lean and TPM basics.
• Data management and analysis.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong execution skills to implement CI on machines.
• Product and process knowledge.

Responsibilities
