Starworth Global Soluitons in Chennai is seeking a Team Leader – Medical Coding (IPDRG) to guide a coding team and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. This full-time, permanent role requires overseeing performance, training, and client communications in a WFO setup.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in IPDRG coding, strong team-handling and stakeholder-management skills, plus CPC/CCS/COC/AHIMA certification.

• Strong experience in team handling and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of coding guidelines and compliance.
• Certification mandatory: CPC / CCS / COC / AHIMA.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor attendance, discipline and performance improvement plans.
• Provide SME support to QA and team members.
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Handle client communication and process updates.
• Act as SPOC for team members and ensure engagement.
• Supervise daily workflow, work allocation and evaluations.
• Support hiring, training and development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team performance, productivity, and quality metrics

• Provide SME support to Quality Analysts and team members
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
• Handle client communication and process updates

Candidate Profile:
