Starworth Global Soluitons in Chennai is seeking an experienced Team Leader – Medical Coding (IPDRG) to lead a team, ensure quality delivery, and oversee end-to-end coding operations.

The candidate should have 6–8 years of IPDRG coding experience with strong team handling and client/stakeholder management skills, and possess CPC/CCS/COC/AHIMA certifications. Immediate joiners are preferred for this permanent WFO role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, productivity, and quality metrics

• Handle client communication and process updates
