The role requires 6–8 years in Medical Coding with IPDRG, strong team leadership, and mandatory CPC/CCS/COC/AHIMA certifications. Immediate joiners preferred; work is Full Time, on site at the Chennai office.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.

• Provide SME support to Quality Analysts and team members.
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Handle client communication and process updates.
• Act as SPOC for team members and ensure engagement.
• Supervise daily workflow, work allocation and performance evaluation.
