The role requires 6–8 years in Medical Coding with IPDRG, strong team handling, and solid knowledge of coding guidelines. Certification CPC/CCS/COC/AHIMA is mandatory; immediate joiners preferred. WFO, day shift, full‑time permanent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Communicate with clients and update processes as needed.

• Provide SME support to Quality Analysts and team members

• Handle client communication and process updates
• Act as SPOC for team members and ensure team engagement
• Supervise daily workflow, work allocation, and performance evaluation
• Support hiring, training, and development activities

Candidate Profile:
