Starworth Global Soluitons is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Medical Coding (IPDRG) to guide a dedicated team in Chennai. The role focuses on leading end-to-end coding operations, ensuring quality delivery, and maintaining compliance with coding guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of Medical Coding experience with IPDRG, strong team-handling abilities, and certifications CPC/CCS/COC/AHIMA. Immediate joiners are preferred, and ongoing client engagement is expected.

Qualifications

• > 6–8 years of experience in Medical Coding with IPDRG specialty.
• > Certification mandatory: CPC / CCS / COC / AHIMA.
• > Strong understanding of coding guidelines and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance improvement plans.
• Provide SME support to Quality Analysts and team members.
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Handle client communication and process updates.
• Act as SPOC for team members and ensure team engagement.
• Supervise daily workflow, work allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Support hiring, training, and development activities.
