Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Medical Coding with IPDRG specialty.
• Certification mandatory: CPC / CCS / COC / AHIMA.
• Relieving letter not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, productivity, and quality metrics
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance improvement plans
• Provide SME support to Quality Analysts and team members
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
