Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in Medical Coding IPDRG, strong team handling and stakeholder management, and certified CPC/CCS/COC/AHIMA credentials. Immediate joiners preferred; work is based in Chennai with WFO.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Medical Coding with IPDRG specialty.
• Strong experience in Team Handling, Client & Stakeholder Management.
• Good understanding of coding guidelines and compliance.
• Certification Mandatory: CPC / CCS / COC / AHIMA.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance improvement plans.
• Provide SME support to Quality Analysts and team members.
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Handle client communication and process updates.
• Act as SPOC for team members and ensure team engagement.
• Supervise daily workflow, work allocation, and performance evaluation.
