Job summary

Acumen 360 Consulting & HR Solutions is seeking a BE Mechanical with 4–8 years of plant maintenance experience to join our manufacturing units in India. The role involves preventive and predictive maintenance, RCA for breakdowns, spares management, capex project execution, and coordinating shutdown activities.

You will also drive 5S and TQM practices, ensure safety protocols, and train team members, while interfacing with project teams for commissioning of new plants and handling various

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering (full-time) from AICTE-approved institute.
• 4–8 years of experience in plant maintenance and operations.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Hands-on experience with chemical process equipment (rotating and basic).
• Knowledge of safety procedures and basic project execution in CAPEX.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance as per defined checklist and schedule.
• Carry out RCA for repetitive breakdowns in the plant and implement.
• Carry out breakdown maintenance of the plant equipment.
• Undertake Spares Management.
• Execute small and modification projects (Capex) as per the planning.
• Execute shutdown activities as per planning.
