Job summary

PERSOL in Roha, Maharashtra, India, is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in Chemical, API, or Pharma manufacturing. You will execute preventive and predictive maintenance on process and utility equipment, while optimizing energy efficiency and maintenance costs.

You will manage spare parts, upkeep SAP/CMMS records, and ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical with 6-10 years of experience in Chemical, API, or Pharma manufacturing.
• Hands-on maintenance experience in process and utility equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, shutdowns, spare management, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to SAP/maintenance software and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of process and utility equipment.
• Maintain reactors, pumps, ATFD, vacuum systems, cooling towers, boilers, refrigeration plants, thermic fluid heaters, blowers, and conveyors.
