Leadec in Pune, India invites a seasoned maintenance engineer to manage fabrication shop equipment on catalytic production lines. You will ensure maximum availability, reliability, and safe operation through shift maintenance, breakdown response, and preventive maintenance while supporting production targets.

You will lead shift-wise maintenance, supervise technicians, coordinate breakdowns, and maintain logs, spares, and compliance with EH&S and energy management requirements.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in fabrication shop maintenance.
• Experience with SPM machines and TIG/MIG welding.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and laser welding.
• Experience in shift maintenance management and safety compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure maximum availability and safe operation of catalytic production equipment via shift maintenance and preventive work.
• Lead and supervise shift-wise maintenance activities.
• Coordinate emergency breakdown responses and minimize downtime.
• Execute planned preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Maintain shift reports, log books and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with customers and support plant shutdown maintenance.
• Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure statutory inspections and EH&S compliance.
• Support energy management system requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Hand One experience in Fabrication shop Maintenance equipment line- SPM Machine, TIG /MIG/Projection Welding M/C, Mechanical Robot maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Hydraulics & Pneumatics System, Alignment, Laser Welding m/c etc.
• To ensure maximum availability, reliability, and safe operation of Catalytic production equipment through effective shift maintenance management, breakdown response, preventive maintenance execution, manpower supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting production targets and equipment performance requirements.
• Lead shift-wise maintenance activities.
• Manage breakdown maintenance and ensure minimum downtime.
• Ensure availability of critical Machine
• Supervise maintenance activities
• Assign and monitor maintenance manpower during shifts.
• Coordinate emergency breakdown response and restoration activities.
• Execute planned preventive maintenance activities as per schedule.
• Maintain shift reports, Log book, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with customer
• Support plant shutdown maintenance planning and execution.
• Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
