Job summary

Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys (IMFA) requires an experienced Electrical Maintenance Leader to oversee preventive, predictive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance of all electrical equipment at our plant. You will plan schedules, allocate manpower, and drive CAPA and power optimization initiatives to maximize plant availability and reliability.

• Lead preventive, predictive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Develop CAPA to address recurrent faults and failures.
• Mentor and manage an electrical team for safe, reliable operations.
