Job summary

AGS Health in Chennai is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle support, onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with recruitment, managers and HR teams to optimize talent management.

Responsibilities include policy implementation, data analysis to identify trends, and guiding teams on HR best practices to support development and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management (Hire-Retire).
• Proficiency in handling Onboarding, Offboarding, Exit Formalities & Final Settlement processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
