Job summary

Hyatt Regency Pune is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to steer the restaurant and banquet operations. You will lead the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities include optimizing menu offerings, pricing, and service standards; managing inventory, labor, and costs; collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations; and mentoring staff to raise skills and performance.
