Job summary

WSP is seeking a Team Leader – Data Analytics (P4) to lead and manage the Data Analytics function within the UK&I Transport & Infrastructure PMO GCC. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable, and data-driven analytics across data engineering, visualization, reporting, automation, and advanced analytics to support project controls and portfolio governance.

This dual leadership position requires both strong technical expertise and people leadership, guiding a team of analytics

Team Leader – Data Analytics (P4) to lead and manage the Data Analytics function within the UK&I Transport & Infrastructure PMO GCC.

The role is responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and data-driven analytics solutions across data engineering, visualisation, reporting, automation, and advanced analytics, enabling effective decision-making across project controls, programme performance, portfolio governance, and strategic leadership reporting.

This is a dual leadership role requiring both strong technical expertise and effective people leadership. The successful candidate will lead a team of data analytics professionals, drive reporting standardisation, champion digital innovation, and work closely with Head -T&I PMO, PMO Leads and UK stakeholders to continuously streamline, optimise, and enhance reporting and insights across projects.
