Channel BU brings together Sales Enablement, Marketing, Pricing, Customer Service, Digital, and PMO functions to accelerate revenue, deliver digitally enabled experiences, and achieve above-market growth.
Role Definition
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager, Data & Analytics to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic data and analytics initiatives supporting the Channel Business Unit. This role is responsible for orchestrating cross-functional projects across three critical pillars: Channel Data Management, Analytics Products (dashboards, self-service BI, reporting), and AI / Data Science Products (predictive models, NLP, agentic AI solutions).
The ideal candidate is a strong project leader and influencer who thrives in matrixed, global environments, someone who can align diverse stakeholders across geographies, drive accountability without direct authority, and ensure complex data & analytics programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to navigate competing priorities and secure buy-in from senior leaders, technical teams, and business partners alike.
Based in Bangalore, India, this role will partner closely with the NA-based Data & Analytics product owner, the India-based Data Analytics & Data Science Delivery Manager, India-based Data & Analytics team, Channel BU leadership, global DIA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Influence & Negotiation: Exceptional ability to influence without authority, negotiate priorities, build coalitions, and drive alignment across senior leaders, technical teams, and business partners in a global matrixed environment. Proven track record of securing stakeholder buy-in and resolving conflicts through diplomacy and persuasion.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand business context and translate Channel BU priorities into well-scoped, high‑impact data & analytics projects. Experience in Channel/Distribution business models is a strong plus.
Delivery Management: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, balance competing priorities, and deliver on committed timelines using Agile and hybrid methodologies with operational rigor.
Leadership & Collaboration: Strong servant‑leadership mindset with the ability to motivate cross‑functional teams, foster accountability, and build a culture of trust and collaboration across geographies and time zones.
Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present project status, risks, and recommendations to executive audiences with clarity and confidence. Skilled at tailoring messaging for diverse audiences.
Change Management: Experience driving organizational change, platform migrations, process improvements, and adoption of new tools and ways of working.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify patterns, and make data‑driven recommendations to improve project outcomes and portfolio performance.
