Job summary

Abnp & Co is seeking an experienced audit professional based in Vadodara, India to lead audit planning, execute financial audits, and prepare audit reports. The role requires strong MS Office skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and solid knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and IND AS with tax regulations.

The candidate will support accounting teams, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with statutory laws while delivering insights to management and clients. Willingness to travel is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Lead audit planning and establish effective procedures.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & MS Teams)
  • Advanced Excel skills: filters, sorting, pivot tables, formulas & lookups
  • Support accounting & auditing teams in daily operations
  • Prepare and monitor audit budgets
  • Working knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, IND AS & tax regulations
  • Plan and execute financial audits
  • Basic knowledge of Transfer Pricing & Management Fees
  • Develop and implement internal audit systems
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and best practices
  • Provide financial insights and advisory support
  • Participate in statutory & group audit closures
  • Prepare and review audit reports & financial statements
  • Handle client audit queries efficiently
  • Prepare schedules & reconciliations for financial reporting
  • Maintain proper working papers & ensure peer review compliance
  • Manage tax compliances: IT, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, PT, Customs, ROC, etc.
  • Prepare MIS, cash flow statements, budgets & projections
  • Present and analyze financials to management/clients
  • Adapt to changes and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
