TP is seeking a Team Leader in Kolkata to supervise a customer service team, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional service. You will design training programs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and people development skills to foster a positive, inclusive work environment and retain talent within a dynamic BPO setting in India.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a BPO setting, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of domestic BPO operations, including sales and customer service processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Experience with performance management systems and talent development programs is an added advantage.
