Job summary

SHARDA CONSULTANCY SERVICES in Noida is urgently hiring a Team Leader for an International Voice Process. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader in an International Call Center/BPO and proven ability to manage Voice Process teams.

This role requires comfort with self-travel and is preferred for those located in or near Noida. Domestic Call Center/BPO experience will NOT be considered; exposure to international voice work is mandatory, with a strong leadership
