Job summary

Witbloom Training & Placement is seeking a Team Leader to manage an international voice process in India. You will lead a team, monitor productivity, quality and adherence, and handle escalations to ensure an excellent customer experience.

You will also prepare and track daily and weekly performance reports to measure team success. The role requires strong communication, people-management skills, and prior experience as a Team Leader in a BPO/Contact Center environment.
