People Staffing is seeking a Team Leader - Sales for Bangalore to lead a high-performance team in International Voice processes. The role requires 4+ years of overall sales experience, with at least 6 months in a Team Leader position preferred. CTC up to 7.5 LPA, graduate-level education mandatory, and 24/7 rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall experience in sales.
• 6 months of team leader experience in sales preferred.
• Graduate/Degree mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members through effective coaching and communication.
• Drive team performance and KPI achievement.
• Conduct regular performance coaching and implement improvement plans.
• Handle performance-related issues and corrective actions.
• Ensure customer service meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.
• Handle escalated customer calls and provide SME support when required.
• Manage team metrics, retention and attrition.
• Identify root causes of attrition and work with leadership on improvements.
• Monitor attendance and productivity in line with policies.
• Drive shift-wide projects focused on productivity, quality and KPI improvement.
• Communicate business updates, expectations and process changes effectively.
• Promote teamwork, company values and employee engagement.
• Drive sales targets and achieve quarterly goals while maintaining compliance.
