Job summary

iEnergizer in Noida Sector 60 is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Operations team for an International US Chat Process. You will lead a team, drive targets, monitor productivity and quality, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure process compliance.

The role requires 1+ year of Team Leader experience in US chat, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to work in rotating 24x7 shifts. Office-based role with operations in Noida.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Team Leader in US chat process.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience handling international clients.
• BPO/Contact centre experience is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
