Job summary

Ninjacart, an India-born agritech leader in fresh produce, is hiring a Team Lead - Inventory in Ahmedabad. You will oversee end-to-end warehouse execution, including returns and inventory control, with a focus on SLA adherence, productivity gains, and loss prevention.

You will lead outbound and inventory teams, coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and City Ops to resolve issues and drive continuous SOP adherence and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Strong exposure to inbound, outbound and inventory control.
• Experience in FMCG, F&B, e-commerce or agri supply chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor net shrink and net dump value and drive corrective actions.
• Lead outbound and inventory teams, ensuring SOP adherence and performance targets.
• Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain and City Ops teams for issue resolution.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and track stock ageing for loss control.

Role Overview

The team lead- Inventory will be responsible for end-to-end warehouse execution covering returns and inventory control. The role requires strong operational discipline, people management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure SLA adherence, productivity improvement, and loss control.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory

• Monitor net shrink and net dump value
• Conduct daily inventory and asset audits
• Track stock ageing and drive corrective actions

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, guide, and motivate the outbound and inventory teams
• Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and City Ops teams for issue resolution
• Ensure SOP adherence and continuous process improvement

What Were Looking For

• 47 years experience in warehouse / supply chain operation
• Strong exposure to inbound, outbound, and inventory control
• Experience in FMCG, F&V, e-commerce, or agri supply chain preferred
• Good people management and problem-solving skills
