Job summary

The Adecco Group in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced recruitment leader to implement effective sourcing tools and drive client delivery. You will handle IT and non-IT requirements, mentor a team, and manage client relationships to achieve performance targets.

You will oversee dashboards, MIS updates, and ensure timely delivery, acting as a coach to the team and guiding performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 5+ years managing onboarding and client relationships.
• Strong C2H recruitment and delivery focus.
• Ability to mentor and coach recruitment team.

Job Requirements

Education- Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Work experience-Minimum5+ years of experience in managing, Onboarding and Client Relationship.
