Job summary

PERSOL in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to steer a high-performing Non-IT recruitment team. You will own end-to-end recruitment, drive targets, and coach team members to achieve excellence.

The role requires hands-on leadership from the staffing/recruitment industry, with a proven track record of closing critical roles and managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and manage the team while ensuring achievement of team goals and individual recruitment targets.
• Independently handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closure of positions.
• Drive team productivity and business performance through effective target planning, monitoring, and regular performance reviews.
• Monitor individual and team performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching, feedback, and support for improvement.
• Handle key mandates and stakeholder interactions while supporting the team in challenging positions and escalations.
• Build a high-performance team culture through effective communication, motivation, best practices, and continuous process improvement.
• Should be from Staffing/Recruitment Industry.
