Team Lead - SCM (Supply Planning)

Supply Planning Team Lead to drive product availability while maintaining optimum inventory. Hands-on platforms like SAP and IBP is a must.

Key KPI s

1. SAP & IBP System Hygiene: Maintain 100% data accuracy by executing flawless Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and demand loading cycles in SAP/IBP.
2. Plan Attainment (PA %): Ensure multi-location manufacturing plants across India adhere tightly to the weekly production schedules issued.
3. Fill Rate: Maintain >95% product availability across all SKU categories.
4. Inventory Days of Cover (DoC): Optimize working capital by keeping finished goods and raw materials within targeted day limits.
5. CFT Alignment & S&OE Success: Collaborate with the Cross-Functional Team (Procurement, Marketing, Production and Plant) to flag supply risks early and execute New Product Introductions (NPIs) on time.
6. SLOB Reduction: Minimize financial write-offs by tracking remaining shelf life and liquidating slow-moving/obsolete inventory.
7. RPM Coverage Status: Prevent factory downtime by maintaining optimum raw and packaging material coverage through accurate forecasting.
8. Hands on with the use of digital Supply Chain tools like Power BI, AI tools, SAP.
