Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj in Pune invites a seasoned Materials & Planning leader with 15–20 years of experience to drive MRP, production planning and inventory optimization. You will collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Production and Suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery and capital efficiency.

A proven track record in SAP/ERP, S&OP, BOM, and strong team leadership is required to mentor the Materials & Planning team and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in Materials, Supply Chain, Production & Material Planning in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in MRP, material planning, production planning, inventory optimization and working capital management.
• Experience managing material shortages, production schedules, capacity planning and end-to-end material flow.
• Strong SAP/ERP, S&OP, BOM and inventory management knowledge with proven team leadership experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15 - 20 years of experience in Materials, Supply Chain, Production & Material Planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in MRP, material planning, production planning, inventory optimization and working capital management.
• Experience managing material shortages, production schedules, capacity planning and end-to-end material flow.
• Strong exposure to procurement, vendor management, supplier coordination and PO management.
• Candidates from ETO/MTO, capital equipment, boiler, process equipment, heavy engineering or industrial products manufacturing preferred.
• Strong SAP/ERP, S&OP, BOM and inventory management knowledge with proven team leadership experience.
