Job summary

Illusion Dental Laboratory in Mumbai seeks an experienced Sales Coordinator Team Leader to oversee sales coordination, support the field sales team, and ensure smooth collaboration between Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.

You will lead and mentor a small team, drive MIS reporting, and improve processes, with strong emphasis on communication, organization, and stakeholder management to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline with strong sales coordination aptitude.
• 3–6 years in Sales Coordination or Sales Operations.
• Experience in leading or mentoring a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team management and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Zoho CRM/ERP.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and excellent organizational skills to drive operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Education & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.


• 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Customer Coordination, or a similar role.


• Prior experience in leading, mentoring, or supervising a team will be preferred.
