Job summary

CLIRNET is seeking a Telecalling Team Lead in Kolkata to drive day-to-day performance of the telecalling team, allocate tasks, and ensure achievement of targets. The role requires coaching, training new members, and handling escalations to resolve doctor and customer queries.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of telecalling and team handling experience, with hands-on skills in outbound calls, follow-ups, lead management, and CRM usage, ensuring high productivity and results.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in telecalling and team handling, preferably in healthcare, doctor engagement, customer engagement, lead generation, or similar processes.
• Hands-on experience in outbound calling, follow-ups, lead management, conversion, database management, and team performance tracking.
• Prior experience managing a team of telecalling is mandatory.

• Lead, manage, and monitor the day-to-day performance of the telecalling team.
