Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience in managing and leading a team of telecallers or customer care executives.
• Fluency in Tamil, English, Kannada and any other language.
• Experience in healthcare voice process.
• Located in Chennai within 15 km from Arumbakkam, Chennai or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities
