ECLAT Health Solutions in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Team Lead to guide the Medical Coding Operations team across Profee Surgery, Endoscopy, and IVR specialties. You will manage coders to ensure quality, productivity, and SLA adherence, while driving audits and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in US medical coding, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS guidelines; CPC/CCS/COC/CIC certifications are preferred.

Competenze

• 8+ years of US Medical Coding experience.
• Strong experience in Profee Surgery, Endoscopy, or IVR coding.
• Previous Team Lead / Senior Team Lead / SME / Quality Lead roles.
• ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS knowledge and coding guidelines.
• Experience in managing productivity, quality, SLA, and client escalations.
• CPC, CCS, COC, CIC certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of medical coders, ensuring delivery of quality and productivity targets.
• Review coding quality, provide feedback, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor daily productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and SLA adherence.
• Conduct coding audits, error analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Handle coding-related escalations and provide resolutions to the team.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Client teams to achieve business objectives.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring of coders.
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, payer-specific guidelines, and client requirements.
• Drive team engagement, retention, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present performance reports, productivity dashboards, and quality metrics.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of US Medical Coding experience.
• Strong experience in Profee Surgery, Endoscopy, or IVR coding.
• Prior experience as Team Lead / Senior Team Lead / SME / Quality Lead.
