Coronis Ajuba Solutions in Chennai is seeking an experienced Lead Medical Coder to manage a team of coders and drive operational excellence. The role requires 7–12 years of medical coding experience with at least 2 years in leadership, and a strong focus on ED, E/M, Surgery, and multi-specialty coding.

The ideal candidate will excel in coaching, performance management, and ensuring adherence to coding guidelines and quality standards while collaborating with stakeholders to meet client
