Qualifications

• 8+ years of US Medical Coding experience.
• Experience leading teams (Team Lead, Senior Team Lead, SME, QA Lead or Assistant Manager).
• Strong hands-on experience in Profee Surgery, Endoscopy, or IVR coding.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of medical coders to achieve quality, productivity, and SLA targets.
• Conduct quality reviews, coding audits, and provide feedback to enhance coding accuracy.
• Monitor daily production, TAT, and team performance metrics.
• Handle coding escalations and resolve specialty-specific coding queries.
• Conduct team huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, CMS, and client-specific coding guidelines.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Client teams to improve delivery performance.
• Drive process improvements, productivity initiatives, and coding quality enhancements.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring of coding resources.

We are hiring experienced Team Leads for our Medical Coding Operations team.

Preferred Specialty Exposure:

• Profee Surgery - Endoscopy
• IVR (Interventional Radiology)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of medical coders to achieve quality, productivity, and SLA targets.
• Conduct quality reviews, coding audits, and provide feedback to enhance coding accuracy.
• Monitor daily production, TAT, and team performance metrics.
• Handle coding escalations and resolve specialty-specific coding queries.
• Conduct team huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, CMS, and client-specific coding guidelines.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Client teams to improve delivery performance.
• Drive process improvements, productivity initiatives, and coding quality enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of relevant US Medical Coding experience.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
