Job summary

• Lead and manage large-scale multispecialty medical coding operations for US healthcare clients.
• Drive operational excellence across specialties including E&M IP/OP, Surgery, Endoscopy, ED Profee, Denials, IVR, Observation, Ancillaries, Pathology, and Radiation Oncology.
• Own end-to-end operational performance including productivity, quality, turnaround time (TAT), SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve coding accuracy, operational efficiency, revenue integrity, and denial prevention.
• Lead client governance through regular business reviews, escalation management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity planning, forecasting, and resource optimization across accounts.
• Manage revenue performance, budgeting, operational forecasting, and overall business objectives.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams including Managers, Team Leads, QA Leads, and SME groups.
• Support new business opportunities, transitions, expansions, and client growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, HIPAA regulations, client requirements, and organizational quality standards.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, Compliance, Technology, and RCM teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead organizational transformation, automation, and process excellence programs across coding operations.
