Job summary

Electronica Finance Limited is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Equipment Finance in Lucknow. The role leads a sales team, drives business growth, acquires new customers, and builds strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, contractors, and channel partners.

You will coordinate with credit/operations to speed loan processing, monitor portfolio performance, and mentor the team to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred; minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in Equipment Finance, Construction Equipment Finance, Asset Finance, or Commercial Vehicle Finance.
• Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers.
• Drive business sourcing for construction, mining, industrial, and engineering equipment finance.
• Achieve team sales, disbursement, and revenue targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, dealers, contractors, and channel partners.
• Ensure quality sourcing and coordinate with credit and operations teams for faster loan processing.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support collections when required.
