Eclat Health Solutions is seeking a Team Lead for the IPDRG inpatient coding team in Navi Mumbai. You will lead a group focused on DRG assignment, validation, and audit-driven quality improvements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely deliverables, and coordination with internal stakeholders to meet client SLAs across US healthcare IPDRG coding guidelines.

Competenze

• Strong experience in US Healthcare IPDRG coding.
• Minimum 1 year of documented Team Lead experience.
• Good knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG and coding guidelines.
