You will oversee performance metrics, mentor staff, coordinate with clients, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with CPC/CCS/COC/AHIMA guidelines.

Immediate joiners preferred; reliving letters not required; salary is best in industry.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Medical Coding with IPDRG specialty.
• Strong experience in Team Handling, Client & Stakeholder Management.
• Good understanding of coding guidelines and compliance.
• Certification Mandatory: CPC / CCS / COC / AHIMA
